Ryder is primarily looking for students recently graduated or who are graduating in the coming months. Candidates will be entered into salaried management trainee positions. Through the next 12 months they will be exposed to many aspects of the business with a primary focus on sales and customer development. Additional aspects include personnel management and financial/fleet management. This position is open to all majors. Ryder is looking for enthusiastic and high energy people with great sales focus. At the end of the 12 months they interview for permanent positions within the company to start a long and fulfilling career.
