The Fall 2012 On-Campus Recruiting season starts on September 26, 2012 (10 am – 3 pm) with the Fall Career EXPO. We project to have over 185 employers at this year’s EXPO to recruit UCF students/alumni. This is an excellent way to get a jump start on meeting employers and networking your way towards an on-campus interview.

We have several events planned prior to the Fall 2012 EXPO to help prepare students for on-campus recruiting. The Fall 2012 Practice Interview Program starts on August 29, 2012. You can sign-up for practice interview slots using KnightLink. We will have employment partners conduct interviews and provide feedback to all participants in this event. The Fall 2012 Employment Prep Conference is scheduled for September 11, 2012 (12 pm – 3 pm) in the Student Union. This event will allow students/alumni to network with employers. You will also have the opportunity to have your resume critiqued, request a practice interview and work on your 1-minute elevator speech. Employment partners will be on-hand to help you with each of these options.
